Virginia's interest in film began long before she was aware of it, watching hundreds of movies a year in her youth, analyzing and organizing them, trying to understand a process that was both fascinating and mysterious. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota in Sociology, Italian, and Studies in Cinema and Media Culture, continuing her immense interest in the human, cultural, and media processes. After noticing an obvious lack of female presence in film and television, Virginia became fervent in her belief that women need to be involved and properly represented in all forms of media, leading her to the fantastic opportunity to work with other women of the same belief. Throughout her education, Virginia also had the opportunity to work in Marketing, giving her an even better understanding of mass communication, and paving the way for her exciting work at Silent-But-Deadly Productions. Getting her education in film direction and production from women she respects and admires, Virginia now works to bring the Company to the people and promote films she has now been fortunate enough to be a part of.
